Shipping policy
Where we ship
Tidycraft ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or destinations outside the United States. Please use a complete street address.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $8.00 USD per order. There is no automatic free-shipping threshold. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
We work with CJdropshipping to fulfill orders from supplier warehouses in the United States and China. Not every product ships from the US.
Allow 1–3 business days for processing and 3–11 business days for transit: an estimated 4–14 business days in total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Grey Embroidery Project Organizer Bag: the selected US warehouse route has an estimated 3–8 days in transit after processing, subject to US stock availability.
- Our other bead, sewing and yarn organizers ship on selected China warehouse routes, with an estimated 5–11 days in transit after processing.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Stock changes, carrier delays, customs checks, holidays and destination restrictions may affect delivery. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. We do not offer guaranteed express delivery.
Order updates and delivery issues
We provide shipment updates and tracking details when available. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable or an address cannot be served, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund; we will not substitute an item without your agreement.
For address corrections, delayed or missing parcels, or damaged items, email support@tidy-craft.com with your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. See our 30-day refund policy for refund requests. Tidycraft is operated by Ossous Solutions LLC.
